I limited this list to performances delivered by skaters as amateurs.
While the performances on this list date all the way back to 1968, it is weighted toward skaters who have skated under the progressive scoring system for two reasons.

At first he was tagging along behind his older sister, who attended skating classes taught by former Olympian Sano Minoru.
In the second seminar, attendees had a unique opportunity to listen in live to the workings of a top Technical Panel.
They were mic'd as they officiated while video tapes of several actual competitive performances were run, including a couple of routines from the recent Junior Grand Prix in Lake Placid.Russian Railways and associated organizations are stepping up their work on liquefied natural gas-fueled trains, planning a new gas turbine locomotive for May 2013 and pledging to deploy 39 more in 2020 if tests go well, according to information furnished by Eugene Pronin of Gazprom (himself citing the Prime-TASS news service).According to information received, the new prototype is to have a powertrain by the Motorostroitel motor production company of Samara, said Russian Railways VP Valentin Gapanovich.Unfortunately many great skaters are not on this list. Some, like Kristi Yamaguchi, Kurt Browning, and Scott Hamilton, gave some of best performances as professional skaters.Just 19 years old, Hanyū came into his own just as the great Russian skater Evgeni Plushenko, 31—identified by the young Japanese skater as a hero and inspiration—announced his retirement from the sport he has dominated for years.
